Paul Reddick Joins Rhythm NewMedia Board of Directors

Reddick Joins Elite Group and Brings Carrier Expertise Through His Past Roles at Sprint

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., September 11, 2007 - Rhythm NewMedia, Inc. a leader in mobile advertising, recently announced Paul Reddick as the newest member of the Board of Directors. Reddick offers great talent and deep knowledge to the team through his past roles at Sprint and his sharp ability to forecast wireless entertainment trends. Reddick is also known thorough the industry and worldwide as an expert in the mobile entertainment market, recently being honored as one of Mobile Entertainment’s “50 most important people in mobile content.”

Until recently, Reddick was the Vice President of Partner Development and Product Innovation at Sprint. His role included exploring new product and service opportunities, developing external alliances, driving opportunistic investment - including the founding of Sprint Nextel Ventures, and a robust partner/developer program that provided third parties with the tools and access needed to develop content, applications and new products.

Prior to his role in partner development and product innovation, Reddick was the Vice President of Business Development, Strategy and Planning for Sprint’s consumer division. He led the pursuit of both near- and longer-term business development opportunities, including mobile entertainment, location-based services, mobile financial services, broadband wireless data and creative new forms of distribution. He also drove operating plans for the business overall.

In past business development efforts, Reddick led industry-first agreements between wireless carriers and many major Internet brands; inception through launch of Sprint Sites USA, Sprint’s tower leasing business; a groundbreaking strategic initiative to launch Sprint’s highest-end business sales force and sales support capabilities for selling large enterprise integrated solutions; and the decision by Sprint to pursue a wireless high-speed data network deployment.

At Sprint, Reddick also held the role of Vice President of Product Management and Development for Sprint PCS, responsible for the product strategy, implementation, and launch of a wide array of voice and data products. Reddick has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Stanford University.
